Fork Kit - CARD USD 37mm for CRF110F 2019-Present 631-HCF-1111
BBR Motorsports, Inc introduces a brand new USD fork for your 110-sized pit bike! Developed in a joint venture with Cobra® Motorcycle, these are the best forks ever made for a pitbike. The fork legs are designed and specially heat-treated for adult riders. Valving and spring rates have also been updated for adults (and fast kids). Carson Brown calls them the best fork he's ever ridden on a pitbike and better then most production big-bike forks.
The triple-clamp is also a brand new BBR exclusive. We started from scratch and designed a modern clamp that adds a bit more flex for a better feel. Using Carson's input we went through dozens of prototypes before the final design was approved and put into production. The clamps and stem are machined from aerospace aluminum right here in the USA. Stem bearings are high quality All Balls Racing® brand.
The front rim is a high-quality aluminum alloy OEM Cobra rim with a wrinkle coated black finish. See the "Optional Products" section below if you want to buy a compatible gloss finish front rim. The front hub is also OEM Cobra with straight pull spokes. The nipples are aluminum spline drive. If you need a spoke wrench they are also avaliable for purchase in the "Optional Products" section below.
The front brake is Cobra/CARD hydraulic disc (205mm). The included brake hose works with most standard super mini handlebars. We have a longer hose available in the "Optional Products" section below if you're running a taller pit bike bar. This BBR fork kit also includes a Dunlop® MX33 front tire (60-100x14), tube, and rim lock.
