Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
*Please note that shipping costs may be incorrect at checkout for large and bulky orders causing the system to under charge shipping costs. If this happens, we will contact you when processing your order and require the remaining shipping costs to be paid before shipping your order.*
We use Australia Post and their partners for all shipping worldwide. While they are one of the most trustworthy and reliable services available, please be aware that there may sometimes be delays outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (Australia)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship all orders via Australia Post. You can select Standard which will ship via Regular Post (2-5 Days Delivery) and Express, which will ship via Aus Post Express (1-2 Days Delivery).
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to all countries worldwide.

We use Australia Post and their international network for all international shipping, as one of the most trusted and reliable services from Australia.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ozminis Motorsport Pty Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days (Australia) or 14 days (Rest of world) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ozminis.sales@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
