TB 20mm Performance Carb Kit – 90-125cc

TBparts 20mm Performance carburetor kit. This kit is great for the Chinese 90-125cc engines and pitbikes that have the Honda 50/70/90 style race heads. We have used this carburetor setup on our Honda 88-108cc setups that have similar power to the Chinese 90-125cc engines with great results. This 20mm carb gives you great throttle response and low to mid range power compared to an over-sized racing carburetor at an affordable price. This kit is compact compared to most others so it fits better too! It was originally designed to fit a XR50 with an 88-108cc kit (which has very limited room).  Plus we stock replacement parts for this kit if you need them later down the road. We also have all the jet kits needed to tune this to your setup!

Kit Features –

• Kit includes the carb, intake, Heatstop/Heatsink, gaskets, mounting bolts/wrench, throttle cable and dual layer foam filter.
• Manifold is 45mm Center to Center on the cylinder head side. This fits most Chinese 90-125cc engines with the Honda 50/70/90cc style race head that are fitted to most of those size Pitbikes.
• Manifold port is 21mm allowing a smooth transition for your fuel mixture to the cylinder head.

Installation notes – This is the style throttle needed – TBW1051 (If you do not have this style throttle its possible your original Cable & Throttle will work) .
