A worn or sticking choke plunger is a common cause of hard starting and poor running on PW50s, especially on bikes that have sat with old fuel or seen a lot of use. If the choke isn’t sealing properly, the bike can run overly rich, foul plugs, or be difficult to start when cold.
This choke plunger kit is a direct replacement for the OEM carburettor choke assembly, making it a simple fix when the original plunger spring is weak, the seal is worn, or the choke is no longer operating smoothly.
Ideal to replace during a carb clean or rebuild so you’re not reusing old, tired choke components.
