Not sure what suspension parts you actually need for your TTR110? This kit takes the guesswork out of upgrading your suspension.
We’ve put together a complete, proven suspension package that improves comfort, control, and overall bike stance while eliminating the confusion of mixing and matching individual parts. Everything in this kit is designed to work together as a balanced setup straight out of the box.
This kit provides an overall ride height increase of +40mm (1.5 inches), raising both the front and rear of the bike to maintain proper geometry and balance. The extended damping rods increase front fork travel and ride height, while the matched DNM rear shock lifts the rear to suit the new front height, resulting in a more planted and capable feel across all types of riding.
The added height helps reduce bottoming out, improve stability, and gives the bike a more aggressive, dialled stance compared to the soft factory TTR110 suspension.
Weight Selection Guide (Important)
This is a general guide based on rider weight and an average riding style, however the TTR110 requires slightly different spring selection compared to other minis.
250LBS – Recommended for up to 70KG 300LBS – Recommended for 70KG–90KG 350LBS – Recommended for 90KG+
The TTR110 has a sharper rear shock mounting angle, which places more leverage on the shock and naturally makes the rear suspension feel softer than other models. Because of this, we generally suggest running a slightly heavier rear spring on the TTR110 compared to CRF110 or KLX110 setups if you ride the bike hard.
If you are on the edge of a weight bracket, your riding style should also be considered.
If you mainly cruise, trail ride, or ride more casually, you can lean toward the lower spring rate for a more comfortable feel. If you ride aggressively, hit jumps, or push the bike hard, stepping up to the next weight category will provide better rear support and overall balance.
We generally do not recommend the 350LBS kit unless you are a 90KG+ rider and planning to ride the bike hard, as it is a noticeably stiffer setup and can feel harsh for casual riding, cruising, and wheelies.
If you’re unsure which setup to choose, feel free to contact the shop. The boys can ask a few quick questions about rider weight, skill level, and riding style to help tailor the best setup for your rider weight and riding style.
This Suspension Kit Includes:
Heavy Duty Fork Springs +1.5” Extended Damping Rods DNM Rear Shock (Spring Rate of Your Choice) Required Rear Shock Spacers (Included)
This combination significantly improves front-end support, rear balance, ride height, and overall ride quality compared to the soft factory TTR110 suspension, especially for adult riders.
Installation Note:
We recommend upgrading your Fork Seals while installing the suspension kit, as the forks will already be disassembled during the install process. This can help prevent leaks and save labour down the track.
