The all aluminum ceramic coated cylinder is lighter than a steel sleeved aluminum cylinder, reduces friction (increasing power), improves sealing, and provides better heat transfer (runs and cools down quicker). This new cylinder along with a complete head gasket kit, VM26 carb kit, and domed piston set this kit apart from other similarly priced 143cc big bore kits on the market. This affordable setup will really make your KLX110, 110L or DRZ110 fly!
High quality parts and requires no machining to the cases or other modifications - bolt on and go! If you have a 2009 or older model, I also recommend a high lift camshaft available in this section. There are no installation instructions, but if you can replace your piston, you can install this kit. If you don't have any experience working on your engine, we highly recommend purchasing the shop manual for your bike available in this section or from your local Kawasaki or Suzuki dealer.
